Dr. Edie Williams
Edie Williams is a retired Naval Officer with 25 years of service in uniform and another 14 years of consulting. She provides guidance to clients in the areas of strategic planning and communications, change management, and organizational diagnosis. She also provides executive coaching and life coaching. Edie also holds a doctoral degree in Human and Organizational Learning from The George Washington University, and has served as an Adjunct Professor at GW as well as contributing to management and entrepreneurial conferences and journals.
Dr. Dave Rude
Dave Rude has over 30 years of experience in talent development, leadership, consulting, human resources, financial management, and international relations. Dave holds a doctoral degree in Human and Organizational Learning from The George Washington University, and serves as Adjunct Faculty for a variety of graduate-level courses at GW, University of Louisville, and George Mason University. He is also a frequent contributor to industry conferences and journals. Dave has extensive successes conducting organizational development and analysis consultations.
